Finding your order number
Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after paying — it's a short number at the top of the order summary. It's also in the tracking email we send when your parcel ships.
Nothing arriving by email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, message us with the email address you ordered with and we'll look it up for you.
