Where we ship
We ship to the destinations offered on our checkout page. Enter your address at checkout to see whether delivery is available for you and which services are offered.
If your country isn't listed, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you whether we can arrange delivery.
Costs and delivery times
Delivery cost is calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the shipping option you choose. The exact charge is always displayed before payment.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guaranteed dates, and can be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.
Order processing
Orders are prepared in the order they are received. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, its status changes to shipped and you receive a tracking email.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we'll contact you at the email address on the order to agree on a replacement, a partial shipment or a refund for that item.
Tracking
Every shipment is tracked. When your parcel ships, we send the tracking number and link to the email address you used at checkout.
You can also look up the current status of your order any time on our track order page, using your order number and email address.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside your own customs area, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. Those charges are set by your country, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for an extended period, or your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated.
